Table Runners
I just adore making table runners, they are quick and satisfying. Here are a few that I have made for my sister in law and myself.
Baby Quilt Finished
Some months ago I started this baby quilt for my expecting daughter. I somewhat was a expecting a girl but out popped a boy 9 weeks early. Anyway, after talking to my daughter I have decided to keep this for myself as my husband is building me a sewing studio (jumps up and down) and I think it would serve as a great wall hanging.
I spent around a zillion hours quilting this baby and in the process have discovered I can do some feathers and also I need to look at my machine tension. But in all I am very happy with the result.
Fabric is mainly Blush by Moda and the middle pattern is from Kelly of Don't look Know.

Mug Rug Swap
I loved this little swap, I made quite a few before I ran out of time and had to choose two. I wasn't completely happy with them because I was machine sewing the binding on and I hadn't perfected it, nonetheless I sent them anyway lol. I always forget to photograph my parcel, I sent a packet of Pineapple Lumps and a Calender along with it.

My Bugs Wall Hanging
I did a class for this Wall hanging last weekend. Its my very first class ever and I had a great time. I learned lots of new techniques and I can't wait to try them out on other projects. I'm not 100% happy about my fabric choices, I tried to think out of the square and but it didn't quite work out but nonetheless its still acceptable. Pattern is from Mary Transom www.marytransom.co.nz
